The Watsu Reading Room
Be with your other in your freedom.
Love the freedom or your other
and all that it blossoms into.
Be flexible.
Be in the moment.
Be present.
Have no expectations.
Love is as shape-changing as water.
The still pond is beautiful.
The river rushing by is beautiful.
Waves wash up on the shore in ever new ways.
Water yields,
gives way,
surrounds whatever enters,
and allows it to move on through.
Hold like water.
Love like water.
When water is everywhere it has no goal.
Is the ocean here just to break on our shore?
And if it doesn't break is there no ocean?

from Watsu: Freeing the Body in Water
The body, held in buoyancy
by gentle cradling arms returns
to lost memories of love without uncertainty.
The soul soars experiencing the freedom
of a body surrendered to the water--
in search of higher planes.
But it's not separation that occurs
rather, the extasis of Oneness.
Inside the floating body
the soul is free to sing
and the body
having defeated gravity
and all material ties
free from all bondage
returns to being essence
in your arms.

Something so new
And yet so familiar.
Something so human.
The body becomes the water
Again
I am found.
Again I find myself.
And I remember who I am.
Who we are.
